This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes VINCE Media Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the year ending 2025.

Our Business

VINCE Media Ltd (Company No. 07708529), based at 2 Earls Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 8EA, operates within the UK service industry. We specialise in marketing and advertising, with a focus on filming, content creation, and production services for a range of clients and campaigns.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains are predominantly UK-based and consist primarily of:

• Freelancers engaged for creative, technical, and production services

• Local studio facilities

• Local equipment hire companies

We do not manufacture goods or engage with overseas suppliers.

Our Commitment

VINCE Media Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chains. While we are a small company and not legally required to publish this statement, we take our ethical responsibilities seriously.

Actions Taken

To identify and mitigate modern slavery risks, we have implemented or are in the process of developing the following measures:

• Due diligence checks on suppliers and subcontractors, prioritising those with transparent practices and reputations for ethical compliance

• Internal awareness and training for producers on recognising red flags related to modern slavery

• Screening of freelancers where appropriate, ensuring fair pay and working conditions

• Engagement only with established, reputable businesses for studio and kit hire

Next Steps

While we do not currently have a formal anti-slavery policy in place, we are reviewing our internal procedures with a view to adopting a code of conduct that reinforces our commitment to ethical working practices.
